Is this medical or therapeutic?

No. This is behavioral and operational — the same kind of system you would build for a business function. The work is grounded in habit science, executive performance, and lived experience. Your healthcare relationships are unaffected.

How does this work alongside our existing wellness vendor?

Generally complementary. Most corporate wellness programs target the broad employee population with prevention and benefits navigation. This work targets a specific layer — your senior leadership — with a different approach and a much higher per-participant intensity. The two coexist.

Can we start small?

Yes. Most companies start with the keynote, see how the team responds, and decide from there whether to add a leadership day. The keynote is intentionally low-commitment for that reason.

Do you work with companies outside the US?

Currently US-based engagements only. Travel within the US is included in the leadership day fee at standard rates.

What is your typical lead time from inquiry to engagement?

Keynote: 4-6 weeks from confirmed booking. Leadership day: 6-10 weeks. Cohort: 8-12 weeks. We work with a small number of companies at any given time so calendars can fill.
